OPPO Malaysia (“OPPO” or “Organizer”) is proud to introduce ‘Together We Lou(d) Sang!’ contest (“Contest”) to celebrate this Chinese New Year! It is a new and creative approach to interact with your loved ones and to celebrate this festival under the current restrictions of MCO. OPPO wants you to stay close and connected with your loved ones like how OPPO Reno5’s Dual-view Video function never misses on capturing any lovely moment of yours. Let’s #PictureCNYTogether with OPPO Reno5 now! 

 

1. Contest Period

The Contest shall commence on 8th February 2021, Monday, 08:00 (GMT +00:00) for a period of one (1) month ending on 28th February 2021, Sunday, 23:59 (GMT +08:00) (“Contest Period”). All submissions after the Contest Period shall not be accepted and participation shall be deemed invalid.

 

2. Participants

The Contest is open to ALL Malaysians, aged thirteen (13) and above only (“Participant”).

 

3. Contest Mechanism

 

3.1 Steps to join:

 

Step 1: Join the game (“Game”) on https://loudsang.oppomy.com/ by signing in with your Facebook or Google account

Step 2: Fill up your email address

Step 3: Select ‘Start Challenge’

Step 4: Invite a friend to partner up with you by selecting ‘Copy Link’ or ‘Share on Whatsapp’ (“Partner”)

Step 5: When the Game starts, Participants and the Partner will have to:

  1. Say ‘Lou Sang’ wishes for forty-five (45) seconds to complete the Game;
  2. Be ready for photo session at the end of the Game (you may also upload your own photo);
  3. Upload the photo to Facebook with the hashtags #PictureCNYTogether #OPPOReno5Series5G. Remember to set your Facebook account to PUBLIC.

 

*Only Participants who score 1500 points or above are entitled to join the lucky draw (“Qualified Participants”).

*Tips to obtain a higher score: Make sure both you and your Partner shout out ‘Lou Sang’ wishes continuously throughout the game.

3.2 Submission entry

 

3.2.1 There is no limit as to how many entries a Participant may submit.

 

3.2.2 For the avoidance of doubt, only one (1) entry per Participant may be selected as the winner.

 

4. Announcement of Contest Winners & Prizes

4.1 Prizes

Twenty (20) winners (“Winners”) will be entitled to the prizes as listed below (“Prizes”):

  1. Three (3) Winners x two (2) units each of OPPO Reno5 (each worth RM1899)
  2. Three (3) Winners x two (2) units each of OPPO Watch (each worth RM899)
  3. Five (5) Winners x two (2) units each of OPPO Enco W51 (each worth RM369)
  4. Nine (9) winners x two (2) units each of OPPO Enco W11 (each worth RM159)

 

4.2 Winner Selection

Qualified Participants will be entitled to join the lucky draw and stand a chance to win the Prizes. All Winners will be selected on a random basis via lucky draw.

 

4.3 Winners Announcement

The official winners announcement will be made on https://loudsang.oppomy.com/ on 9th March 2021 (Tuesday).

 

4.4 Winners Notification

 

4.4.1 The Winners will be notified via private message to obtain the basic information for Prize delivery.

 

4.4.2 In the event the Winner do not respond to OPPO within seven (7) days from the date of notification, the Winner’s Prize shall be deemed forfeited and OPPO shall be entitled to select another Winner.

 

4.5 OPPO reserves the right to substitute any of the Prizes with item(s) of equivalent value without prior notice and reason assigned thereto. Prizes are not transferable nor exchangeable or redeemable in any other form (the Organizer shall have the liberty to decide on the colour of device given).

 

5. ‘Together We Lou(d) Sang’ Promotion Code

 

5.1 Upon completion of the Game, Participants will receive email for an exclusive promotion code of RM100 discount for OPPO Reno5 product (“Promo Code”).

 

5.2 The Promo Code will be sent to Participants via email within seven (7) days after completion of the Game.

 

5.3 The Promo Code is only valid from from February 8, 2021 to February 28, 2021 for purchase on OPPO Official Online Store.

 

5.4 The Promo Code is valid for the purchase of one (1) unit of OPPO Reno5 in a single transaction only.

 

5.5 The Promo Code shall be limited to the first one hundred and fifty (150) customer redemptions only and on a first-come-first-serve basis.

 

5.6 The Promo Code is non-refundable nor exchangeable for cash.

 

5.7 The Promo Code shall not be valid during other sales promotion or in conjunction with any other special promotions.  

 

6. Organizer’s Decision


6.1 The Organizer reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to the Participants and the Participants agree that he/she shall be bound by such Terms & Conditions and any subsequent variation.


6.2 The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant(s) that it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be in breach or potential breach of these Terms & Conditions. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for any late entries due to any reasons including, but not limited to, network transmission failure.

 

6.3 All decisions made by the Organizer pertaining to the Contest including but not limited to the manner the scores are counted and the Winners selection shall be final and no appeal, query or complaint shall be entertained.

 

6.4 The Organizer reserves the rights to use the Participants’ personal details, contents, pictures, photos or images for publicity and promotional purposes online and offline without any prior notification.

 

6.5 The Participants agree and give consent to the Organizer for the use of his/her personal data provided for the purposes of participation in the Contest in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and other applicable laws, to the extent any personal data provided shall only be processed and used by the Organizer for lawful purposes directly related to the Contest, including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organization of the Contest.

 

6.6 The Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss or damage directly or indirectly incurred by the Participants or any party in connection or arising from the acts or omissions related to this Contest.
